Title:
HIGH STRENGTH HOT DIP GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET EXCELLENT IN BLISTER RESISTANCE AND MACHINABILITY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3837612
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a high strength hot dip galvanized steel sheet free from the problems of cracking at the time of hot rolling, deformation resistance, the surface roughening of a roll or the like, excellent in producibility, free from the generation of blisters and good in machinability as well.
SOLUTION: This sheet is a hot dip galvanized steel sheet having components composed of, by weight, 0.05 to 0.15% C, ≤0.5% Sr, 0.2 to 2.0% Mn, ≤0.025% P, 0.003 to 0.010% N, 0.02 to 0.20% Ti, 0.01 to 0.02% S, 0.01 to 0.10% sol.Al, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, the base steel sheet is composed of a hot rolled steel strip obtd. by subjecting a slab having this components to hot rolling and executing coiling at 500 to 680°C, and the plating layer is formed by continuous hot dip galvanizing equipment after the hot rolled steel strip is annealed at 700 to 880°C in an atmosphere of 8 to 20% of vol. hydrogen concn. to annealing in a pretreating stage.
