Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a high workability high strength hot rolled steel sheet having high ductility, moreover excellent in material stability and perferably excellent in surface properties as well.
SOLUTION: This steel sheet has a componential compsn. substantially contg., by weight, 0.05 to 0.09% C, ≤0.05% Si, ≤0.02% P, ≤0.01% S, 0.01 to 0.1% Sol.Al and 0.001 to 0.008% N, moreover contg. 0.01 to 0.16% Ti and ≤2.0% Mn so as to satisfy -2.22×Ti+1.2≥Mn≥-2.22×Ti+0.4 in the case of Ti<0.11%, and 36.00×Ti-2.9≥Mn≥36.00×Ti-3.8 in the case of Ti≥0.11%, and the balance Fe. Moreover, from the viewpoint of obtaining excellent surface properties, preferably, ≤0.005% S and 0.01 to 0.05% Sol.Al are controlled in particular.
