Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a high temperature battery assembly with a small loss of energy and small electric resistance between electrode terminals.
CONSTITUTION: An electrode terminal 2 of a sodium-solfur cell is formed of aluminum-made plate material and also spot-welding the electrode terminals 2, 2 of the adjacent cells 1 connected directly or through an aluminum-made connection terminal 3. Loosening as in the concentional, bolted by a bolt, is prevented with also no possibility of increasing electric resistance by an oxidized film.
