Title:
HIGH TEMPERATURE CORROSION RESISTANT MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3692165
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a high temperature corrosion resistant material advantageously applicable to combustion equipment using a substance contg. corrosive elements such as Cl and S as a fuel and the parts thereof by specifying the contents of CrSi and Al in an Ni alloy.
SOLUTION: The compsn. of a high temp. corrosion resistant material is composed of, by weight, 10 to 15% Cr, 2 to 4% Si, 3 to 5% Al, and the balance Ni. Or, to 100% of this high temp. corrosion resistant material, ≤0,15% C, ≤0.5% N, ≤4% Nb, ≤4% Ta, ≤0.5% Ti, %h10% Mo, ≤20% Fe and ≤2% Mn are furthermore added. As for this corrosion resistant material, in the case of an environment in which Cl is largely contained, Cr has hardly has the effect of improving its corrosion resistance, thus its content is suppressed, Ni excellent in corrosion resistance to Cl is used as a base, and furthermore, Al and Si are added to form a firm protective oxidized film contg. Al2O3, and SiO2. Moreover, by the addition of the other alloy elements, various physical properties can be improved.
