To provide a system for drying by vaporizing water in the wastes of high water contents using a gas of high temperatures of about 900°C and for carbonizing the wastes into resources and to provide a cylindrical/conical rotary carbonization apparatus therefor, particularly which apparatus is provided or covered with a ceramic radiator for a far-infrared ray of wave lengths of 4-30.3 microns, provided with a carbonizing cylindrical part having therein lift-up wings to throw up the wastes into the space in order to equalize the drying of the wastes, mix them uniformly and equalize the drying, and provided with a carbonizing conical part connecting to the carbonizing cylindrical part to strive a good efficiency.
The system comprises a structure of a carbonizing cylindrical part 1 and a carbonizing conical part 2 connecting thereto, and a way of sending a heat by a gas of high temperatures of about 900°C to an external cage 4 arranged on the external circumference of an external heating kiln 3, and of vaporizing and drying the water contained in the wastes of high water contents, and also of throwing up and mixing the wastes uniformly using the lift-up wings 5 provided inside the carbonizing cylindrical part 1, and furthermore of carbonizing the wastes using a far-infrared ray radiator 6; the system uses the cylindrical/conical rotary carbonization apparatus therefor.
