PURPOSE: To provide a high temperature environment testing apparatus which can carry out high temperature environment test precisely while considering the effect of heat radiation from the road surface.

CONSTITUTION: A fan 8 driven by a motor 7 and a wind tunnel 3 provided with an air conditioning apparatus 12 are connected with a testing room 2 provided with a chassis dynamometer 1 and a sun-ray radiating apparatus 16, an apparatus 17 to radiate heat the road surface, and a temperature measuring apparatus 18 are installed in the testing room 2, and the apparatus 17 to radiate heat to the road surface and the temperature measuring apparatus 18 are connected with a heat radiation control apparatus 19. In the case the sun-ray radiating apparatus 16 is used for during high temperature environment test, when the rise of the temperature in the testing room 2 is detected by the temperature measuring apparatus 18, the heat radiation control appartus 19 controls the quantity of heat generation of the apparatus 17 to radiate heat to the road surface. Consequently the quantity of the heat generation of the apparatus 17 to radiate heat to the road surface is controlled properly based on the temperature of the test.
