Abstract:
To provide a high Cr martensite-based stainless steel having a high strength and a high corrosion resistance, with depressed low temperature embrittlement caused by a local temperature rise caused due to a working temperature and a slide during operation.
This gas turbine compressor has blades of 12 stages or wave. From a first stage to a stage causing condensation, blades are composed of a martensitic steel having a tensile strength more than 120 kg/mm2 at room temperature, a martensitic steel having a V notch impact value more than 4 kg-m after heated at 450°C for 3000 hours, or a martensitic steel having a specific composition.
