To provide a high-temperature impedance measuring apparatus capable of suitably measuring complex impedance of a material even when the apparatus is used in a high temperature, e.g. 1000-1500°C.
The high-temperature impedance measuring apparatus includes: a cathode side electrode part 4 located on the supply side of combustible gas of a combustion flame 1; an anode side electrode part 2 which is located on a tip side of the combustion flame, to which a sample 3 is attached and from which an ion current is allowed to flow out through the combustion flame; means (5 to 8) for generating ion application negative voltage for attracting ions; current detection parts (9 to 12) for detecting a flame current allowed to flow between the anode side electrode part and the cathode side electrode part; an electrical physical property measurement part for measuring a direct current characteristic and an alternating current characteristic from the flame current detected by the current detection part; and an operation part for calculating a physical property value of the sample from a measurement value of the electrical physical property measurement part.
