Abstract:

To provide a heating high temperature furnace heater that can be supplied at a lower cost than the tungsten bar/plate heater or tungsten net heater and, in the case of net heater, has an advantage that it does not damage equalized temperature inside the furnace.

The high temperature resistance heating furnace heater 20 comprises a resistance heating body comprising the lattice-type net 11 made of a first molybdenum-contained metal made of molybdenum or molybdenum alloy and a heater electrode part 14 that is provided on the resistance heating body through an attached plate 12, 13 that is a resistance heating body jointing part. At least a part out of the heater electrode part 14 and the attached plate 12, 13 made of resistance heating body jointing part is constructed of a second molybdenum-contained metal made of molybdenum or molybdenum alloy.
