Abstract:
To provide a high-temperature rotation breakdown testing device for a simple structure, easy replacement, fast heating, and testing of non- magnetic body.
A high-frequency heating coil 35 is so provided as to surround a rotating stage 25 to which a specimen W is fitted, a carbon cylinder 33 of magnetic material is provided inside of it, and a carbon cylinder 35 of magnetic material is heated with high frequency to high temperature so that the specimen W is heated by radiation heat. Even if the specimen W is or non-magnetic material, it is quickly heated and kept at high temperature for testing, and even if it is destructed, only replacement of the high frequency heating coil 35 and magnetic cylinder 33 is required, with less cost.
