Title:
HIGH-TEMPERATURE TENSILE MEASURING INSTRUMENT AND HEATING FURNACE THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3766509
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-temperature tensile measuring instrument which can excellently soak a sample to be heated by relieving the temperature gradient of the sample.
SOLUTION: In a tensile measuring instrument for a heated sample 7 to be heated, the damage to the sample 7 is suppressed by improving the soaking property of the sample 7 by heating the sample 7 with a forced convection of a heating gas passed through a porous body 1 composed of a tube or plate in a furnace 2 by using an air blower 3 and the porous body 1. In addition, the temperature stability and soaking property of the sample 7 are improved by winding a heating heater 5 around the porous body 1. Moreover, a plate which prevents the flowing of the outside air in the porous body 1 is installed to at least one end of the tube of plate of the porous body 1.
