Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a high temperature type radiant tube having a superior reliability in operation under a high temperature and having a high efficiency by a method wherein a heat-resisting characteristic or an anti-thermal shock characteristic of each of the components is improved.
CONSTITUTION: An SiC type heat exchanger 2 is inserted into and arranged at each of locations near both ends of a main body 1 of an SiC tube constituting a combustion chamber 1. An SiC fine tube 2b is filled in the SiC heat exchanger 2. A fuel gas supplying system 3 is arranged in such a way that it may reach the combustion chamber 1a through the SiC heat exchanger 2. Each of burners 4 is installed at the extremity end of the fuel gas supplying system 3. space between the combustion chamber 1a and the SiC heat exchanger 2 is partitioned by a SiC partition plates 8 having openings arranged in such a way that rich or lean states may be formed in correspondence with a ratio between preheated air and fuel gas. Then, this high temperature type radiant tube is constructed such that the combustion is performed while the burners 4 are changed over from each other.
