Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact device of superior workability that can perform an efficient recovery of high viscosity fluid even at a place showing a poor workability in the case of recovering high viscosity fluid at a machine maintenance work and can suck it continuously for resolving unexpected state in suction work due to clogging at a hose.SOLUTION: This invention relates to (1) a device that does not require any preparation, a post-cleaning and a daily maintenance work having a structure that does not perform direct flowing of high viscosity fluid into an ejector and a sucking pump by a recovery hose, and (2) a device in which the ejector (a vacuum generator) and a suction pump are combined to each other. Suction at the ejector shows that its hose is clogged and closed when the high viscosity fluid is recovered, resulting in that suction cannot be carried out. However, even if the hose is closed, its suction can be performed by an action of the suction pump. In addition, a defect that its capability is decreased only with the suction pump is resolved by the ejector and both defects are supplemented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
