PURPOSE: To obtain a supplier to supply high-viscosity material continuously by sucking it directly from a cylindrical transporting can such as a pail-can in the market or the like.

CONSTITUTION: A disk plate 2 is provided to be fitted into a can body 1 constructed of a pail-can on the market or the like, while a vane type pump 3 is equipped in this disk plate 2. This pump 3 is provided with a suction port 4 on the underside and a discharge port 5 on the upper side, and constructed to be rotated comparatively at a low speed by a geared motor 6 equipped above. An elastic body 10 made of rubber is provided on the circumference of the disk plate 2 to be closely fitted to the inner wall of the can body 1. As grease 14 is supplied, negative pressure is given in the can body 1. Inevitably, the disk plate 2 is brought down along the upper face of the grease 14, and the grease 14 can be supplied continuously.
