Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a lens barrel which is short in length when the lens barrel is collapsed and incleased in the moving amount of a lens holding frame.
CONSTITUTION: The lens barrel is provided with a fixed frame 34, plural lens groups arranged so as to be freely moved backward and forward in the optical axis direction on the inner peripheral side of the fixed frame 34, the lens holding frames such as a second group frame 1, a third group frame 5, a fourth group frame 13 and a fifth group frame 19, etc., for holding plural lens groups, a rod 2 installed on the second group frame 1 arranged in front of the optical axis of the third group frame 5 among the lens holding frames and extending behind the optical axis, rods 14 and 21 separately installed on the fourth group frame 13 and the fifth group frame 19 arranged behind the optical axis of the third group frame 5 among the lens holding frames and extending toward the front side of the optical axis and bearings 8, 7 and 9 installed on the third group frame 5 arranged between the fourth group frame 13, the fifth group frame 19 and the second group frame 1 and for bearing the rods 2, 14 and 21.
