Title:
HIGH-VOLTAGE APPLICATION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012080779
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a portable high-voltage application device which is small-sized, easy to convey, and can continuously and stably output sufficiently high high-voltage pulse power even when working outside.

The high-voltage application device includes: a high-voltage generating part including a Cockcroft-Walton circuit with a built-in bleeder resistance; a high-voltage pulse application part integrally provided with a hand-holding part 55; a discharge side electrode 63 to which an output electric voltage of the high-voltage generating part is supplied; a ground side electrode 65 opposing to the discharge side electrode 63 through a discharging gap G; and an application side electrode 69 conductively connected with the ground side electrode 65 and applying a body to be applied. Most part of the high-voltage part is housed in a straight protective tube (an insulating protective cover 57+ insulating or semi-conductive discharge gap cover 59) and only the application side electrode 69 is exposed outside thereof.
