Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make smaller the locus of a switching transistor(TR) and to make it difficult to destroy by composing a driving signal to drive a switching power source so as to be supplied to the switching power source after the passage of a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:When an output voltage is set at V1, driving signal generating circuits 3 and 4 provide functions which output the driving signals when their reset terminal values are at >=V1/2, and do not output the driving signals when the values are lower than V1/2. When the voltage V1 is outputted from a power source 5, since the reset terminal of the driving signal generating circuit 3 inputs a resistance R1 and the integration voltage of a capacitor C1 of the integrating circuit of the capacitor C1, the voltage of the reset terminal is at >=V1/2 after the time determined by the resistance R1 and the time constant of the capacitor C1, and the driving signal is outputted. Thus, the locus of a switching TR TR1 is made smaller, and it is made difficult to destroy.
