In a high-voltage power receiving facility mounting at least a high-voltage switchgear (2) inside a distribution board (1), the high-voltage switchgear (2) is an outdoor high-voltage switchgear for performing a switching operation of an operating handle (2b) using a pull-string (2c), the high-pressure switchgear (2) is mounted in an upper part inside the distribution board (1) while turning the operating handle (2b) toward the side of a front door (1a) of the distribution board (1). Inside the distribution board (1), a protecting plate (3) is provided between a high-voltage switchgear body (2a) and the operating handle (2b), and the pull-string (2c) is suspended at the front side of the protecting plate (3).
