Title:
HIGH-VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3687271
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a transformer related to a high-voltage transformer of such type as a cylindrical core is inserted into a bobbin, preventing the core from rotating for core positioning, and further, covering the core with a plate-like protruded part projecting from the bobbin for preventing a creeping discharge, in addition, reducing a dispersion in a step-up action caused by a dispersion in a magnetic gap.
SOLUTION: A high-voltage transformer comprises a core 9 which is provided with L-shape outer leg parts 9a and 9b and a cylindrical part 9c, a bobbin 3 which comprises a cylindrical void for housing the cylindrical part 9c of the core 9 in the inside, and a coil 4 wound around the bobbin 3, a base part of the bobbin 3 is provided with a flat-surface like protruded part B laid along the end part of the core 9. The flat-surface like protruded part B may be of a shape so as to enclose the surface of outer leg parts 9a and 9b of the cylindrical core 9.
