Title:
HIGH WORKABILITY GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET AND ITS PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3498466
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a galvanized steel sheet small in powdering, excellent in workability and free from deterioration in the surface appearance by applying plating in a hot dip zinc bath having a specified compsn. contg. Al, Ni and furthermore added with Pb, Sb, Bi and Sn and executing alloying treatment under specified conditions.
SOLUTION: Plating is applied in a galvanizing bath contg., by weight, 0.1 to 0.2% Al, 0.01 to 0.2% Ni, one or more kinds among Pb, Sb, Bi and Sn by 0.001 to 0.01%, and the balance zinc, and after that, heating alloying treatment is executed at 480 to 600°C at a temp. rising rate of ≤20°C/s. Then, a steel sheet having a plating layer contg. 0.1 to 0.25% Al, 6.0 to 18.0% Fe, 0.05 to 0.3% Ni, one or more kinds among Pb, Sb, Bi and Sn by 0.001 to 0.01%, and the balance zinc is obtd. At this time, by the synergetic effect between Ni and Pb or the like, the allowable range of the Ni content spreads to improve its plating adhesion. Furthermore, Ni oxides are not formed on the boundary between the plating and ferrite, and its wettability improves by Pb or the like.
