Abstract:
To provide compositions of industrially useful alcohol, amine, lactone, lactam and acid, linear fatty acid and linear fatty alcohol with the carbon length of 7 to 25, linear alkane and linear α-alkene with the carbon length of 6 to 24, and a method for preparing them.SOLUTION: A non-naturally occurring microbial organism including at least one exogenous nucleic acid that codes enzyme from the group of adipic acid pathway enzyme, 6-aminohexanoic acid pathway enzyme, ε-caprolactam pathway enzyme, 6-hydroxyhexanoic acid pathway enzyme, caprolactone pathway enzyme, 1,6-hexanediol pathway enzyme, HMDA pathway enzyme, 1-hexanol pathway enzyme or 3-oxo-propionic acid pathway enzyme.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
