Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled preparation, by making a composition consisting of raw royal jelly, a polyglycerin fatty acid ester and a middle chain fatty acid triglyceride into soft capsules.

CONSTITUTION: A composition consisting of 95W65wt.% raw royal jelly, 20W5wt.% polyglycerin fatty acid ester (e.g. glycerin deca-fatty acid ester, glycerin hexa-fatty acid ester, etc.) and 0W15wt.% middle chain fatty acid triglyceride (ester compound of 6W10C middle chain fatty acid and glycerin contained in coconut oil and in animal milk as natural substance) is made into soft capsule to give highly concentrated royal jelly preparation. The preparation is stable in a high-humidity environment or under a low-temperature condition to -15°C for a long period and can be transported for a long distance by a refrigerator car, etc.
