PURPOSE: To obtain a highly decorative molding with a smooth surface by forming a surface layer of thermosetting resin over the entire circumferential surface of a main molded product system of a fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin, then curing the resin in one piece, and sticking a surface decorative sheet on the surface layer.

CONSTITUTION: A molded product 11 consists of a surface layer 112 of thermosetting resin formed on the entire surface of a main molded product system 111 consisting of fiber-reinforced thermosetting resin and cured in one piece with the resin of the main molded product system 111. Further, the surface decorative sheet 113 with a decorative pattern printed is stuck to the surface layer 112. Consequently, the uneven surface created by the reinforcing fiber of the main molded product system 111 is leveled off to obtain a smooth surface. Thus the surface of the surface layer sheet 113 is smoothed so that a molded product 11 has an outstanding decorative appearance.
