To obtain a highly dispersible natural whey calcium composition, which is obtained by pulverizing natural whey calcium with a pulverizer into ultra fine particles and coating the surfaces, is immediately soluble in cold water without heating and causes no precipitate, and to provide a method for producing the composition.
The method for producing the highly dispersible whey composition comprises a hydration process, wherein water is added to natural whey and agitated and mixed to form a hydrate, a pulverizing process, wherein the whey calcium in the hydrate produced in the hydration process is pulverized with the pulverizer, a slurry-forming process, wherein particle size is adjusted so that the whey calcium becomes ultra fine particles having 0.0001-5.0 μm diameter, a coating process, wherein a dispersing and coating agent is coated on the surfaces of the ultra fine particles, a foreign body removing process, wherein foreign bodies in the slurry are removed, a condensing process, wherein liquid contents are produced by condensation, and a powderig process, wherein the liquid contents processed in the condensing process are dried and powdered.
