Abstract:
To attain "improved durability" and "a simplified structure" by depositing a substrate resin at a position different from a position of a coating resin and on a surface of fibers of a substrate layer.SOLUTION: The synthetic leather sheet 1 has a substrate layer 2 and a pile layer 3. The substrate layer 2 is a warp knitted fabric, a needle loop face and a sinker loop face of the warp knitted fabric are raised, a pile layer 3 is formed by fluffs on the needle loop face of the warp knitted fabric, a coating layer 4 is formed by coating the sinker loop face of the warp knitted fabric with a coating resin, and a substrate resin 5 is deposited at a position different from the position of the coating resin of the coating layer 4 and on a surface of fibers of the substrate layer 2. The method for producing a synthetic leather sheet 1 includes: a knitting step for knitting a warp knitted fabric to form a substrate layer 2; a raising step for raising a needle loop face and a sinker loop face of the warp knitted fabric to form a pile layer 3 by fluffs of the needle loop face; a depositing step for depositing a substrate resin 5 onto a surface of fibers of the substrate layer 2; and a coating step for coating the sinker loop face of the warp knitted fabric with a coating resin to form a coating layer 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
