Title:
HIGHLY EFFICIENT GAS TURBINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07286503
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To realize a gas turbine for next generation highly efficient power generation by showing material characteristics, which are demanded for blades and nozzles from a first stage to a final stage, and the optimum material configuration concretely.

CONSTITUTION: A first stage turbine blade 3 is made of an alloy which can endure for 105 hours against weight of 14kgf/mm2 and temperature of 920°C or more, and turbine blades 5, 7 after the second stage are made of an alloy which can endure for 105 hours against weight of 14kgf/mm2 and temperature of 800°C or mote. A first stage turbine nozzle 20 is made of an alloy which can endure for 105 hours against weight of 6kgf/mm2 and temperature of 900°C or more, and turbine nozzles after the second stage 25, 27 are made of an alloy which can endure for 105 hours against weight of 6kgf/mm2 and temperature of 800°C or more. Accordingly, it is possible to realize a gas turbine having power generation efficiency of 37% or more according to an LHV indication.
