Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver a door without damaging the surface by a vibration from outside by a method wherein a load to the door is received by holding the door from the front and rear surfaces by a door insertion parts of a door receiving apparatus.
SOLUTION: A door receiving apparatus (a) is integrally constituted of a door insertion part 1, a door frame fitting part 2, and a baling material receiving part 3. When a door (d) is packaged, a frame is built up with a vertical frame (fv) and an upper frame, and a door frame with three-way frames is formed. The door is openably attached to the vertical frame (fv) with a hinge (n). The door (d) is slightly lifted, and the balling material receiving part 3 is made to face upward, and the door frame fitting part 2 is made to face downward, and a plurality of door insertion parts 1 of the door receiving apparatus (a) are inserted on a side surface on the latch side of the door (d), and thus, the door receiving apparatus (a) is fitted on the door (d). Then, the door (d) on which the door receiving apparatus (a) is fitted, is closed, and the door frame fitting part 2 of the door receiving apparatus (a) is fitted on the vertical frame (fv) on the side where a latch receiver is provided, of the door frame. The door (d) on which the door receiving apparatus (a) is fitted, and the door frame are placed in a corrugated fiberboard box 5, and a lid is placed, and a band- tightening is performed.
