Abstract:
To provide a highly functional food capable of simply inhibiting carcinogenesis only by being orally taken.
This is a highly functional food characterized by containing a mineral-enriched yeast, which is preferably originated from Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The mineral-enriched yeast is preferably a mineral-enriched yeast for breads. The content of the mineral-enriched yeast is preferably 0.1-10.0 wt.% converted into the dried product.
