Abstract:

To attempt making a carbon fiber reinforced composite material and a ceramic composite material highly dense easily by CVI or resin impregnation or the like while they can be manufactured at a low cost and pores continuing from a surface to an inside are provided.

Many voids 16 are provided in a thickness direction of a most upper surface. At least one void in the thickness direction is provided at a position vertical filament (X directional filament) bundle or horizontal filament (Y directional filament) bundle adjacent to the void 16 apart therefrom. Then, sufficiently compacted carbon fiber reinforced composite material and a sufficiently compacted ceramics composite material can be manufactured by using the highly impregnating three dimentional textile.
