Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a highly lubricating rustproofing oil which can be used in an existing oil-coating line and to obtain a metal plate coated with the oil and excellent in processibility and rustproof properties.
CONSTITUTION: The highly lubricating rustproofing oil mainly comprises a rustproofing oil having a viscosity of at most 50cSt 40°C as the base oil and is prepd. by dispersing 1-20wt.% at least one kind of particles selected from among polyethylene wax particles and fluororesin particles in the base oil. A metal plate is coated with the oil in an amt. of 0.2-10g/m2, giving a coated metal plate excellent in processibility and rustproof properties.
