Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain fibers with very good hand having a specific feeling given by collagen addition and excellent in moisture absorbability and passableness in a following process.

CONSTITUTION: To a solution in which 100 pts.wt. acrylonitrile polymer are dissolved in a solvent, 5-70 pts.wt. collagen particles having ≤10μm average particle size are added and dispersed to make a composition, which is spun to obtain an acrylonitrile highly moisture absorbing fibers having specific characteristics.
