Abstract:
To provide high purity bases of 3,3-diphenyl propylamine monoester, their production and their use as drugs, in particular for transdermal and transmucosal administration.
A compound of general formula (I) is present as a free base with a degree of purity of more than 97 mass%, where in the formula, A represents deuterium or hydrogen, R represents a group selected from 1-6C alkyl, 3-10C cycloalkyl or phenyl, and the C atom labeled with a * (star) mark can be present in an (R)-configuration in an (S)-configuration or a mixture thereof.
