Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly uniform air and fuel injection system particularly in a combustion chamber of a turbine engine.
SOLUTION: A fuel injector 2 around an axis A injects a fuel into a premixing chamber 3 defined by a convergent/divergent internal configuration 5 of a housing 6 disposed upstream a bowl 8. There are provided three swirlers: a first radial swirler 10 disposed upstream the housing from the upstream side to the downstream side, a second radial swirler 14a, 14b disposed in an upstream side part 12 of the housing 6, and a third axial swirler 18a, 18b disposed on the downstream side of the housing 6 around the same. Air is supplied to the third swirler from a passage 16a, 16b alternately arranged with the second radial siwirler passage 14a, 14b.
