Title:
HIGHLY VISCOUS LIQUID EMITTING GUN STRUCTURE AND INK TONING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3025630
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the automatic weighing accuracy of a highly viscous liquid by providing a cylindrical knife member to the leading end of an emitting piston through a taper part and bringing the packing member inside an emitting orifice into contact with the outer periphery of the knife member when the emitting orifice is closed to certainly and cleanly cut off the highly viscous liquid.
SOLUTION: A cylindrical knife member 6 of which the peripheral surface has a knife edge shape is provided to the leading end of the first emitting piston 3a provided so as to open and close the emitting orifice 2a communicating with a highly viscous ink passage 4 through the taper part 5a formed to the leading end of the piston. Further, a packing member 8a is arranged to the inner wall surface of the passage 4 inside the emitting orifice 2a so as to come into contact with the outer peripheries of the cylindrical knife member 6 and the taper part 5a when the emitting orifice 2a is closed. Therefore, the ink from the passage 4 can be certainly and cleanly cut off by the sharp knife edge-shaped peripheral surface of the cylindrical knife member 6 and the packing member 8a and the emitting orifice is perfectly closed to prevent the leakage of ink and a stringing phenomenon can be minimized.
