To facilitate a maintenance work by increasing the opening area of a hood 13 to cover an engine room as much as possible by using a hinge arrangement which is hidden by the hood and not seen in the totally closed posture in a wheel loader with a cab with a front vehicle connected to a rear train in a freely oscillating manner in the right-to-left direction.

A hinge arrangement to open/close the hood 13 comprises a first hinge 17 constituted of a four-point link mechanism and a second hinge 24 provided on a tip of a working piece of the first hinge 17. The first hinge 17 is allowed to perform the hinge operation prior to the second hinge 24 in an opening process of the hood 13, the second hinge 24 is moved upwardly forward from the position of the hood in the totally closed posture, and a large hood opening is ensured thereby.
