This hinge device is constituted so that when rotating a rotary shaft part 3 to a bearing part 4 by rotating a second member 2 to a first member 1, an action part 7 arranged in the rotary shaft part 3 butts against a butting part 6 arranged in a resistance increasing rotary part 5 further pressed in the bearing part 4, and the resistance increasing rotary part 5 co-rotates together with the rotary shaft part 3 to the bearing part 4, and is constituted so that rotational resistance becomes different between a rotary range until the action part 7 butts against the butting part 6 and a rotary range in which the rotary shaft part 3 and the bearing part 4 co-rotate to the bearing part 4 by butting.
