To provide a hinge device, and an electronic device using the hinge device, in which the hinge device is not at such a position as to protrude at a center when members are rotated to open, in which one member rotates to open by 360deg. to the other member, and in which each member can prevent shaky rotation to the hinge device comprising double shafts.

In this hinge device, a first member 1 and a second member 2 are pivotally attached to each other at end parts in such a way that the second member 2 is rotatable to the first member 1 to rise from an overlapped state. On a hinge base body 3 disposed between the first member 1 and the second member 2, rotary shaft parts 4 and 5 are provided in parallel. The first rotary shaft part 4 and the end part of the first member 1 are pivotally attached in such a way that the first member 1 is rotatable to rise. The second rotary shaft part 5 and the end part of the second member 2 are pivotally attached in such a way that the second member 2 is rotatable to rise. A first gear 6 to rotate in accordance with rising rotation of the first member and a second gear 7 to rotate in accordance with rising rotation of the second member 2 are engaged with each other to be disposed between the end parts of the first member 1 and the second member 2.
