Abstract:
To provide a hinge device with a damper which is capable of making a change in resistance force depend on a relative rotation angle between a first hinge member and a second hinge member.SOLUTION: A hinge device D with a damper includes a first hinge member 10, a second hinge member 20, a first tapered component 12, and a second tapered component 24. The first hinge member 10 and the second hinge member 20 are relatively rotatable about a rotation axis L. The first tapered component 12 has an annular shape centered on the rotation axis L. The second tapered component 24 has an annular shape in which an outer peripheral surface 31 is located inside an inner peripheral surface 16 of the first tapered component 12. The first tapered component 12 has a first projection 17 projecting inward from the inner peripheral surface 16. The second tapered component 24 has a second projection 32 projecting outward from the outer peripheral surface 31. The first projection 17 and the second projection 32 are in contact with each other in a predetermined angle range R, which causes the second tapered component 24 to be elastically deformed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
