A hinge device includes a resin base hinge and a resin arm hinge rotatably engaged with the resin base hinge through a rotary shaft. One of the resin base hinge and the resin arm hinge has the rotary shaft, and the other of the resin base hinge and the resin arm hinge has a rotary bearing pivotally supporting the rotary shaft. An energizing member arranged on the rotary shaft side and a sliding body arranged on the rotary bearing side are interposed between the rotary shaft and the rotary bearing. The sliding body has a projecting part on an outer peripheral surface thereof, and a notch part is formed around the projecting part. The projecting part is pushed to the energizing member side at the inner periphery of the rotary bearing to be thrustedly deformed.
