Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device, easily openable-closable even when supporting a heavy load, being excellent in durability, and being smooth in rotary operation.SOLUTION: A hinge device 100 comprises: a first casing 1; a second casing rotatable around a first axis 6 of the first casing 1 relative to the first casing 1; a spiral spring fixed to the second casing; a first pulley 22 rotatably fixed to the central axis of the spiral spring; and a rope 25 wound around the first pulley 22. When an angle between the first casing 1 and the second casing is made small with the first axis 6 as the center, the rope 25 rotates the first pulley 22 against energizing force of the spiral spring.
