Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a second member at a desired rotating angle without increasing a diameter of a rotating shaft of a hinge device.SOLUTION: A first hinge main body 10 of a hinge device 3 is installed at a first member 1 such as a casing and the like and a second hinge main body 20 is installed at a second member 2 such as a door and the like. Hinge main bodies 10, 20 are connected by a plurality of links 31 to 36. In at least a part of rotatable range of the second hinge main body 20, a friction mechanism 40 generates a frictional resistance capable of holding a rotating angle of the second hinge main body 20. A first operating member 41 of the friction mechanism 40 is rotatably connected to the link 31 of the first hinge main body 10 or 20. A second operating member 42 is rotatably connected to another link 34 and its linear motion can be carried out in respect to the first operating member 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
