PURPOSE: To simplify the structure of a hinge device and to prevent a hinge mechanism from running out after assembly by providing pivoting parts to fit mutually for forming the hinge mechanism, an accommodating space for a twist coil spring to keep the fitted states of the pivoting parts and a stopper on the first and second members.

CONSTITUTION: The tip part of the first clip piece 2 is provided with a nozzle part 54, the surface of its basic end part with a holding part 8, its back with the tip locking part 12 of the leg part 5b of a twist coil spring 5, and its middle part with the first pivoting part 6 respectively. The second clip piece 3 is provided with a holding arm which can fit in an air valve, the surface of its basic part with a holding part 8, its back with the locking part 13 of the leg part 5b of the twist coil spring 5, and the second pivoting part 6' to fit in the first pivoting part in the radial direction of a pivotal axis respectively. The first pivoting part 6 has an arc-shaped bore and a protrusion part on the inner periphery, and the second pivoting part 6' is an arc-shaped shaft and has a groove part and a tapered face on the outer periphery, and the first and second pivoting parts 6,6' are mutually fitted to form a hinge part 60. Thus a hinge device has simple structure, and can prevent a hinge mechanism from running out.
