Abstract:
To provide such a hinge device of a pin self-holding type as being capable of holding a hinge pin during disassembly.
A hinge 20 has a hinge body 30 connected to a leaf 26 via a hinge pin 70 to be freely swingable. The hinge body 30 has a base 32 to support a rising portion 36 connected to a knuckle 34. The hinge body is constructed to hold a pin holding member 50. The holding member 50 has a portion entered into a side opening 46 in the knuckle 34 and engaged with annular grooves 74, 76 formed in the pin 70.
