To provide a hinge structure of an open/close member that locks (maintains) the open/close member in a closed state with a simple structure without using an additional component.
An integral hinge 10 which is formed by integrally connecting a hinge piece 11 to be fixed to a lid member 2 and a hinge piece 12 to be fixed to an opening part 5 with a thin-walled part 13 includes: a locking recess 15a provided in a surface on the inside of the hinge piece 12; a locking protrusion 14a to be locked to an edge 15c on the side of the thin-walled part 13 of the locking recess 15a when the lid member 2 is closed; and an elastic deformation part that displaces the locking protrusion 14a so that the tip 14c of the locking protrusion 14a crosses the edge 15c on the side of the thin-walled part 13 of the locking recess 15a when the lid member 2 is opened/closed. The elastic deformation part is a U-shaped member 14 having one end to be fixed to the hinge piece 11 and the other end to be displaced. The locking protrusion 14a is arranged on the side of the other end of the U-shaped member 14.
