To provide a hinge which enables a pivotally moving range of a mounting plate to acquire a sufficient degree of freedom without uniformity by offsetting a shaft pin, which can uniform the tightening of packing, and which reduces costs by reducing the number of components.

In this hinge, a pair of mounting plates is provided; ends of the mounting plates are provided with insertion parts for the shaft pin; and the mounting plates are integrated together by inserting the shaft pin through the insertion parts, so as to be mutually and pivotally moved. The insertion parts are mutually offset; the shaft pin is split into two pins, and made eccentric via a connection part; and an eccentric angle of the two shaft pins is set at an angle of approximate 180° by setting the center of the connection part as a boundary.
