Abstract:

PURPOSE: To lessen the burying depth of hinge by a method in which each tip of arms pivotally attached with the basal ends of the first and second hinges is pivotally attached to the other ends of each link whose one ends are connected with the first and second hinges.

CONSTITUTION: The first and second hinges 1 and 2 are fitted into the recession of a door 3 and the recession 4a of a fitting part 4. The end of an arm 5 is pivotally attached by a pin 7 to the hinge 1, and the end of the arm 6 is pivotally attached to the hinge 2 by a pin 8. Both the arms 5 and 6 are crossed with each other and pivotally attached by a pin 9. The basal end of a link 10 is pivotally attached to the hinge 1 by a pin 12 and also the tip is connected to the tip of the arm 6 by a pin 15. The basal end of a link 11 is also pivotally attached to the hinge 2 by a pin 13, and the tip is connected to the tip of the arm 5 by a pin 14 rotatably.
