Abstract:
To provide a hip wiping device adopting simple means having a clearance between a toilet upper surface and a toilet seat.
A hip wiping device 1 comprises: a wiping arm 3, to which paper can be attached; a wiping arm drive unit 2 for driving the wiping arm 3; and a raised portion 8 interposed between a toilet seat and a toilet. The wiping arm drive unit 2 performs a wiping action by inserting the wiping arm 3 from a hollowed portion 6 formed in the raised portion 8. Moreover, a hollowed portion 6a may be formed by using a raised toilet seat 7a.
