PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hip wiping device which can be practically used.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a hip wiping device 1 for wiping a hip by toilet tissue paper, the device comprises: a wiping arm 5 to which toilet tissue paper is attached; a wiping arm drive part 3 for moving the wiping arm 5; an automatic paper feeding part 6 for feeding the toilet paper to a paper grip part 51 of the toilet tissue paper on the wiping arm 5, and cutting and mounting the toilet tissue paper; and a paper run-out detection part 61 for detecting presence/absence of a residual amount of the toilet tissue paper fed by the automatic paper feeding part 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
