Title:
HISTAMINE MEASURING MICROELECTRODE AND HISTAMINE MEASURING SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3499767
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply to a minute amount of sample and excellently perform excellently selective measurement with high precision to a low concentration by forming a film comprising a material having a characteristic reducing hydrogen peroxide as a reaction product from a reaction between a histamine oxidase and its substrate via an electrode reaction on an electrode.
SOLUTION: As a minute electrode material, a thin film electrode 11 or a rod electrode 12 is used. In formation of the thin film electrode 11, a thin film forming method based on photolithography, spattering, and deposition on a base board can be used, and an etching method may be also used if necessary. On the electrode 11, a film 13 having a characteristic for reducing hydrogen peroxide and receiving an electron from the electrode, for example, a film comprising peroxidase reducing hydrogen peroxide in a conductive polymer is formed. If a sample solution contains L-ascorbic acid, an L-ascorbic acid oxidase is included in the film, or the uppermost layer is modified with an anionic polymer film 15, so that influence of a disturbing substance is eliminated by means of electrostatic repulsive action of the film.
