PURPOSE: To adjust the angle of a hitting plate by small force by providing a cylinder device in which one end is supported so as to be freely oscillatable in about the center of a spherical shell and which is installed in the inside of the spherical shell, a plate-like hitting plate to which the other end of the cylinder device protruded from a through-hole of the spherical shell is attached, and a leg part in which the tip whose base end part is fixed to the reverse side of the hitting plate abuts on the outside surface of the spherical shell.
CONSTITUTION: To a base 12, a hemispherical spherical shell 13 in which a through-hole 13a passes through and is provided on the top part is fixed. As for a leg part 14, its base end part is fixed to the reverse side of a hitting plate 2, and also, in its tip, a plate-like member 15 for abutting on the spherical shell 13 is provided. In the inside of the spherical shell 13, a cylinder device 16 is contained. To one end of a cylinder 18 of the cylinder device 16, a spherical member 17 is attached, contained so as to be freely rotatable in a supporting part 23 provided on the base 12, and the cylinder device 16 is attached so as to be freely oscillatable centering around the supporting part 23. In the cylinder device 16, two pressure chambers 21, 22 are provided by setting a piston 19 as a boundary, and when operating oil is led to the pressure chamber 21 or 22, the piston 19 moves upward or downward, and the hitting plate 2 moves upward or downward. Subsequently, the plate-like member 15 of the leg part 14 provided on the hitting plate 2 is pressed against the spherical shell. 13, and the hitting plate 2 is held at a prescribed angle.
